We’re here to give you the support you need.
Aviation Action can offer a range of ways that we help our aviation colleagues so take a look and see which option may suit you best and get in touch for more information.
Mental health support.
Often the challenge is knowing where to turn for help. We maintain an extensive, regularly updated list of mental health organisations to which we can direct you for practical support. Whatever the nature of the mental health issue, you are not alone, specialists across many fields are available to help you find and access the care and resources you need.
Peer support (Coming in 2026).
Peer support is a way to share common experiences with someone and can work really well as a way to get support and guidance both personally and professionally. We will match you to a peer supporter who may have had a shared lived experience to you who will be able to understand the specific situation you are facing. Our new peer support programme aims to increase your elf-esteem, well being and confidence.
Professional Support.
Aviation Action offers access to a skilled team of therapists and counsellors, and can arrange several free sessions for you. After you submit your details, we’ll match you with a suitable professional who will contact you to schedule a confidential first appointment. Sessions are typically conducted by video call and can help you build a support network and develop strategies to manage your mental health going forward.
